1. Create your owner account with your personal ID number and confirm your email.
2. Add your property with its cadastral code (საკადასტრო კოდი). If there are co-owners, each one confirms by email.
3. move.ge checks the Public Registry that you are a registered owner, usually within one working day.
4. Your listing goes live for 90 days for 7 ₾, with the first week as VIP (home page + top of search). Buyers and tenants write to you through move.ge. Your phone and email are never shown.
5. Confirm your listing every week so the information stays accurate. Up to 2 live listings per owner.
