Click + New listing and enter the cadastral code, price, details and photos. The headline and description are translated into Georgian, English and Russian automatically.
Enter each owner's first name, last name and email. The mobile number is optional.
Sign the agent declaration. The broker of your office confirms it (independent agents confirm both).
Each owner receives an email link, ticks the consent box and types their name. No code is needed.
The listing goes live as soon as all owners have confirmed.
One property can have only one active sale listing and one rental listing, checked by cadastral code.
